Last year, California signed into law an act intended to boost privacy rights and consumer protections. You may have heard of it; it's called the California Consumer Privacy Act.   It goes into effect on January 1, 2020, and as a Vox newsletter subscriber we're required to inform you of these changes:   We updated our Privacy Notice and Terms of Use on December 19, 2019.
